Hours are minimal. I was to return the equip on 11/25, but they were closed and I knew I would be charged extra, so I had to take time off work to return since the open after I have to be at work and close before I get off. When I dropped it off, the guy just took it and said I would receive an e-mail receipt. I didn't even know if he worked there?? Luckily I got some evidence incase there was a dispute.Dennis H.

This location is only open 9 to 430PM. I requested to pick up at 9 but I didn't leave until 930AM. Because of a short window, I dropped off the vehicle at 530PM but they already closed. So they charged me for the full day even though I only was a half an hour after they closed but I also didn't leave until 930AM instead of 9AMATA C.

Train employee on how to hook up a car on to car hauler. So people like my 72 year old husband who has MS won't have to do it again. We paid a lot for rental and then my husband had to try and remember what he had seen before and do it so we could leave for trip.Geraldine R.

It wasn't just this location but the UHaul chat team as well. For some reason instead of just moving my reservation date, the chat agent extended it to 12 days and then at the location, no one went over pricing before charging my card so I didn't even notice till hours later.Jasmine M.

I was unable to get truck when I was told- had to pay for a day I couldn't even use truck because websites wasn't working- location refused discount for for admitted gross negligence- absolutely the worst rental experience of my life- on top of that - I had to pay in full for something I only received partially. The person was very helpful on the phone we'd been told we could drop trailer at any location however when we chose location closest to us that wasn't the case. The customer service rep helped to change location but it took quite a while to complete change. Not any error with rep just with information from whom we rentedDave C.

The initial experience was a joke. Tried to reserve online and that didn't go well. Call to verify and had to redo it all with a phone agent and within that time the price doubled. I screen shot the initial estimate and they said nothing they could do. They also said to talk with the location and see if they would discount but they already knew they couldn't help and just wanted me off the phone.DEREK J.

We couldn't get the 24/7 pick up to work. I had to call and get the rental date changed, which included a 39 minute hold time. It was incredibly inconvenient and set our move back a day. It also cost us more because we had to pay the higher weekend rate when we changed the days. When we went back to pick up the van the next day (during business hours) the lady was very nice. She said she has reported to U-Haul several times that their locator box isn't working out there 100% of the time. When we tried to return the van we had the exact same issue, couldn't upload pictures of the odometer and fuel gauge. Tried for 15 minutes before giving up. Had to call AGAIN to make sure it was returned in the system. This time I used the call back option and had to leave a meeting I was in to take the call and get thus handled. This is all on U-Haul and not the people at Quality Stone. They were lovely.MICHELLE M.

Terrible customer service, messed all transit location and personal information up in system. Really felt like I was overcharged and couldn't get advice or help. Was told IMMEDIATLEY after driving off the lot, I could return it if I didn't like the pricing, which I simply asked for a breakdown of. Never using U-Haul again...sorryJORDAN C.

The truck was dirty and late when we picked it up. The truck blew up in Jamestown Wyoming. No services were available. We had to stop every 50-100 miles to add oil. I called the 800 number and was on hold for 20 minutes and told that I would be transferred to someone that could help and got cut off. I called back and was on hold another 20 minutes. I never got to speak to anyone. WE ended up drive all night to get home. I will never use Uhaul again. I am still waiting to have the charges reversed on my card.Ronald J.

Don't change my facility to pickup to a further location without cancelling out the extra miles having to be driven due to the change. It was about an extra 18 miles and had to go further out due to the low clearance bridge being the shorter route.David S.

While the location itself was good and the people inside were nice, the first location we were meant to pick it up at did not have the trailer we rented. We rented this and secured it 18 days prior. The location was already 45 mins away because my town had nothing at any of the 3 locations that rent U-Haul. When we get there the day we are meant to get it, we are told they don't have it because you (U-haul) cancelled it and gave it away. Not sure what that is all aboutâ€¦? So we had to drive an additional 25 mins to get the last remaining trailer in the size we needed, so I could move the next day. Not sure if this is the fault of U-haul or the original place it was meant to be picked up at. Pretty ridiculous.ZACHARY T.

Lady charged me an extra $500 on top of the $740 i was paying and said she needs to swipe my card again even though it was already paid for the truck in advance. Later found out she put a holding fee charge when there was no hold on the truck. Probably was done for commission.Amanda A.

Very positive experience! Appreciated the great customer service. While the van had very few miles it was very filthy...used for construction materials probably, was surprised it was so dirty for being so new but over all positive experience.Dickie R.
