I set up a reservation to pick up at the Nut Garden. But it had the truck at a completely other location and never notified me of the change. The person on the phone messed up on the order because I asked if we could return it at the Nut Garden and she check and it would have been way longer. So I ended up not getting the truck until 90 or 120 minutes after I originally planned which made it so people were waiting on us to help us move. This was ridiculous.
Cabrin BHaving an irremovable bag of furniture blankets in the truck is unacceptable. We had to maneuver around it and it was a headache. Get that out of the trucks asap

STEPHEN MOur truck reservation was scheduled to pick up on Thursday, March 5 at 10am, and drop of on Saturday, March 7 by 10am. We dropped the truck off at Quality Building Stone Inc in Bluffdale on Friday, March 6 at 5pm. This location charged us for another TWO days and refuses to return my calls. I've left multiple voice messages as they do not answer the phone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
