Had to call for someone to come out and received a text “leave it on the counter”. I called again and said I have trailers not a truck. He said just to leave it parked by a truck in the lot - I am a female and need someone- he sent a young man who knew very little English who just stood there - meantime my brother who had another trailer I had rented arrived - the young man showed me a message he obviously put through a translator program that I had help (my brother) that he was going in. My brother started to unhook my trailer and I looked at the young man and said “this is your job not ours” so I called the number again and told the guy what is going on and he came out and finished helping my brother. It was all so confusing!!! Should not be that hard to return a trailer!!!

When we received the u haul it only had a half tank of fuel. When we returned it we filled it back up to a half tank where it was when we received it. I was then charged 86.25 for fuel they put into it and when I called the Richmond location about it the guy wanted to argue with me about it. I was told to call corporate so I will do that Monday morning
