The mobile app experience was terrible. I couldn’t check in. The owner helped me but I found out it wasn’t done correctly and the truck rental was never activated correctly. Therefore I drove the truck not knowing it was done correctly. When I wanted to return the truck , it never had me as taking the truck to begin with. I had to call and they had to manually meter it. This tool muck more time than expected I was very disappointed with the experience.
