Lobby was beyond disgusting and filthy. You would NOT want to sit while waiting let alone be inside. Cab of truck was filthy, I wore gloves to drive. Upon my return I could smell the staff was in the back smoking pot as it wafted through the door when they were called out by a random person walking around to help me my return. Also, I shouldn't have to start my day filling the truck with gas. 1/4 tank at pick upâ€¦.really lazy UHaul !!!!David K.

The employees at this location did not know how use the computer. The driver's seat belt was broken and the transmission would only shift between 1st and 2nd causing increased fuel usage.william W.

Returning the truck was very easy. The attendant quickly checked out the truck to make sure we had returned it in a good and clean condition. The check in was handled quickly and we received our receipt through email on the spot!Dale B.

I left the tank on F but they tried to tell me I didn't. I honestly should've taken a picture of the tank if I knew they we're going to try to charge me extra. I even couldn't use the app to show I dropped the UHAUL off earlier than my drop off because the App kept glitching. I'll probably never use those things again. DO BETTER.Lauryn A.

I rented the uhaul for 3Days. I went to return the uhaul and I couldn't because there was no drop box for the key. I called customer service they made a note that I will be returning the uhaul key on Monday the truck is back on the lot. I purchased furniture pads that I didn't receive. She made a note as that as well. Anywho the uhaul place I got the truck from didn't give me my furniture pads kept the money and was trying to charge my card 100 dollars TWICE without calling to confirm that happened. I did everything I was supposed to do and they're continuously us trying to charge my bank card. It's definitely ridiculous. Plus the gas was on 46 miles when I got the uhaul. Highly not recommendedQuindra D.
