Van had gas and was clean, in working order, no issue in getting the key from the front desk. Would recommend.

CRYSTAL MTook over an hour to get a truck that had been reserved. Thier was a kid at the front desk that had to call someone to give him step by step directions. I reserved for mobile pick up, the app never reflected any mobile pick up directions. I have an extra charge with no explanation for it.
Shamar PClean the truck. Make sure lock is working. Have more than 30 miles of gas in the car. Awful.
