I have used U-haul services several times throughout my life. I never returned a vehicle and felt unsatisfied until today. The Northside location just down from college hill should be avoided if at all possible. They might give you a truck with very bad brakes or they might open up15 minutes late, but , hey they open at 9:00. They may charge you 150 or so miles you did not drive and possibly refuse to provide a receipt of any kind. To top it all off you could be spoken to very rudely. Use your own judgement.
