Have trucks that are reserved from the day before be ready for use and not have to switch pick up locations to a new truck due to lack of truck maintenance and communication between the renter and the rental depot
CAMDYN SThis location had the wrong keys in the lock box and it took over a hour to be told just use the truck that I had the keys with then I was charged $36 bucks for using less then a quarter of a tank of gas when I should’ve been compensated for the time I had to wait just to put $10 in the truck I would never use U-Haul again and I would definitely never suggest this location

LaTeesa KThe attendant had the same problems that I had trying to complete the process using the app on his phone. He got almost all the way to the end and couldn't complete the process. He was able to call another location who completed it in seconds. Regarding the 'would you recommend this location to a friend", my true answer is 'it depends', but since that wasn't an option, I'm choosing 'yes' because I don't want to penalize the proprietor.
