The gentleman who assisted me was most helpful, pleasant and very easy to deal with. This rental was a very positive, efficient experience and I would return should I need to rent a U-haul again.
RITA BI have used U-haul services several times throughout my life. I never returned a vehicle and felt unsatisfied until today. The Northside location just down from college hill should be avoided if at all possible. They might give you a truck with very bad brakes or they might open up15 minutes late, but , hey they open at 9:00. They may charge you 150 or so miles you did not drive and possibly refuse to provide a receipt of any kind. To top it all off you could be spoken to very rudely. Use your own judgement.

RANDOLPH EI had to call multiple times over multiple days in order to have someone check in the truck. Very few team members I spoke to seemed to have the authority to fix the situation. I have been very disappointed with my uhaul experience.

CAMDYN SThis location had the wrong keys in the lock box and it took over a hour to be told just use the truck that I had the keys with then I was charged $36 bucks for using less then a quarter of a tank of gas when I should’ve been compensated for the time I had to wait just to put $10 in the truck I would never use U-Haul again and I would definitely never suggest this location

LaTeesa KThe attendant had the same problems that I had trying to complete the process using the app on his phone. He got almost all the way to the end and couldn't complete the process. He was able to call another location who completed it in seconds. Regarding the 'would you recommend this location to a friend", my true answer is 'it depends', but since that wasn't an option, I'm choosing 'yes' because I don't want to penalize the proprietor.
MICHAEL MThe fuel was less than 1/3. And dont know why they charge me for fuel just for 8 miles. Poor management. One customer care executive agreed to refuned the fuel cost. 5 minutes later another person cancel it.
Golam IPick up was schedule for 9 am. I had to call the Uhaul regional manager, who called the owner. Employee showed up 20 min late. He was totally unqualified to process my order. Didnt know the password to the computer. He had to call the supervisor, who used his phone to process my order. Finally got the keys after 20 min wait. No explanation on fuel return policy, didnt have any furniture blankets, which I ordered.
Mark TThe contract was incorrect the mileage on the paper was less than the odometer reading in the truck and the gas was on E but according to the contract it was on a 1/4 tank the customer service rep in the store told me to take pics I did but when I came to return it he was rushing off so therefore he did not fix the contract I called Uhaul they informed me they aren’t really a U-Haul company now I’ve been charged for their mistakes and I have to wait for my refund. I rented a truck a week or 2 ago from U-Haul on Glencrossing was totally way better customer service.
Tara SHe told me 144.75$ will be for me commuting the 43miles which my 100$ will be refuned once I return I haven’t recieve the 100$ and instead of charging 144$ on my card he charged 166.03$ on the card why do yall hire folks that are always trying to fuck us over

Michelle CI ordered a dolly and furniture pads, those were not in the truck. Also, the emergency brake handle was broken and is loose from the car, which is dangerous. Lastly, the return instructions weren’t correct. The app said to drop the keys off in a drop box, but all of the drop boxes had locks on them and there was nowhere where the code could be found. I had to return the keys the next day because of this.

Robert FLobby was beyond disgusting and filthy. You would NOT want to sit while waiting let alone be inside. Cab of truck was filthy, I wore gloves to drive. Upon my return I could smell the staff was in the back smoking pot as it wafted through the door when they were called out by a random person walking around to help me my return. Also, I shouldn’t have to start my day filling the truck with gas. 1/4 tank at pick up….really lazy UHaul !!!!
David KThere isn't anything that need to be adjusted. My expectations were met to the highest extent. Customer service was fanominal, I didn't have to wait also, for future references I was given great advice on moving. It was convenient and welcoming. I would return.
