Very well lit up parking lot and lots of open parking spots to return the U-Haul very easy and simple over all experience with this location!

AARON HI had to go get the truck which was buried under snow. I had to find a brush to clean all of the snow off of the truck. Once I got truck out of its parking spot, I found out that windshield wiper on passenger side didn’t work. Very bad experience.
MICHAEL SWhen I arrived, I had to wait around 30 minutes before anyone helped me. Once the employee finally processed my rental and handed me the keys, I went outside and found the U-Haul completely surrounded by piles of snow. The windshield and the entire front area of the truck were covered in thick ice and packed snow. I tried to clear it myself using my own snow scraper, which took me about 45 minutes. The truck was stuck, and I couldn’t move it. I went back inside to ask the worker for help, and it took him another 30 minutes to come outside and assist me in getting the truck out. This entire situation caused a huge delay, was physically exhausting, and made for a terrible rental experience. Also, I am 2 months pregnant so this was horrible. The truck clearly hadn’t been prepared for pickup, which should have been handled before renting it out. I would not recommend this place at Queen City Auto house in west chester !!! Horrrible

KEVIN MThis is my second U-Haul reservation in the last month and both times have been a disaster. The only saving grace with this most recent reservation, was the professional staff at the alternate location, Queen Cuty Auto House. I reserved a truck on the mobile app yesterday. What was supposed to be a simple 7 mile, 30 minute trip turned into an hours long mess. I arrived at the assigned pickup location only to discover that they were closed. WHY EOULD U-HAUL ALLOW BE TO MAKE A RESERVATION AT A CLOSED LOCATION??!! After a long hold, a U-Haul agent found another location quite a ways away but they were open and had a truck. Get it together U-Haul!

DAKOTA SThis facility was understaffed and crowded. They charged me $15.00 for a cleaning fee; there was nothing in the trailer but the blanks I rented. This charge needs to be reversed; otherwise, I will challenge it with American Express.

LAQUISHA BDrop off was quick and easy! My only issue is that this location is almost 12 miles from my home when there is a location just over a mile from my home. This closer location was supposedly not accepting returns because their lot was full, but I drove by after I had returned the trailer and the lot was half empty. The lot at Queen City Auto House was more full than the lot at Ace Hardware on Tonya Trail in Hamilton, OH.
KENNETH HI rented the 10’ small van, was raining a lot that day, the drivers side top front corner was leak8ng rain water in ferse. My boxes got soaked, but other than that everything else went smoothly. I told the young lady when I turned it back in and she said she will have uhaul fix the leaking roof issue.
LES KQueenCity was eager to charge as much as possible. When giving them a call for booking, they didn't tell me about "towing hitch". They sold it to me at $71 when Walmart sells it at $30. They also added a late return charge for the tow dolly after hours. When Enterprise doesn't charge after hours, why do they? I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. U-Haul, it's also your responsibility to oversee these 3rd party locations.
JOO LCustomer service was top notch! The representative at the front desk was very busy but took the time to give us excellent service. Will visit again!

MOHAMED AThe agreement had the wrong fuel level which i took a picture of and submitted, and changed on the form before submitting. The copy emailed back to me had the indirect fuel level in it, meaning I had to pay for extra gas to turn it on and avoid charges. The trick had not been swept out, the windshield had severe scratches on it obstructing the view out of the windshield, and the engine light was on. I emailed all of these concerns to you and received no response. This was after my reservation was changed to a different pick up location by you. A little concern for your customers would go along way. I understand deficiencies, but the lack of a response from you was unacceptable.

BARRY KCramped space made it tight for me when I hooked up the trailer. Also. I hooked it up by myself, which I was ok with, but I was expecting a U-Haul rep to hook it up. After hookup, I stopped by the office so Bryan could validate my hookup as well as take pictures. Bryan was super nice & professional.

STEPHEN RTrailer was dirty and something on it was broken causing my belongings to break and become damaged on the drive down. We had to stop because the ride with the trailer was so rough.
KAYLA HI rented it on July 4th, since it was avail, I was assuming someone would be there, no one was there, I was put behind 1.5 hours bc I had to return home get my computer to see how to gain access to the truck, as no one was answering at that particular location, once retrieving the correct info, it took a bit but I was on the road, I would recommend customer service sending a text message or call to let customers know about this process when the building is closed, it made things very inconvenient for the 6 people waiting to move me. The vehicle itself was fine, everything else went smooth. I would recommend if someone was not renting on a holiday when the store is closed as it made things very difficult to check in and get access to code and key to truck.

Mike B9am pickup on Saturday morning did not work because they forgot to put the key in the box the night before, so I lost project time and my wife lost pay from her job since we had to make an return trip to the pickup location after they opened at 10am to get the truck. Drop-off fortunately was very easy - but I did it in person to avoid a potential screw-up with after-hours drop off.

Jason MThis was one of the easiest rentals I’ve experienced. The staff was kind and helpful. The only recommendation I have would be not to have the trucks parked so close together…it was a little tight pulling out. I would definitely use this location in the future.
