Everything went well until I returned the cargo van but while I'm finishing up the return process i was over charged for the miles instead of 10190 miles the image that I took during the return was correct and down below manual entry it took 10690 instead of above so they over charged me on that I raised a request through customer support let see what might be their response
Sai MService at office woeful. When asked if the office staff could show me how to check in the rented piece of equipment, he said, “I have no idea where it is on the U Haul App”. When asked if he could remove the bogus convenience fee when it had been added to my bill, he said, “nope” as if it was outside of his concern. Completely dreadful service. Those people need training badly
