Maybe the attendant should tell customers that when the truck is returned that they are required to take a photo of the truck. Having to pay an extra $20 fee is corporate robbery. I will never rent from this company again.

We dropped off after hours and had some difficulty getting the app to work to get pictures. We had to call into the main U-Haul number and they were able to walk us through getting everything taken care of.

Tim CWe rented a 6 x 12 trailer. After we finished loading, we noticed the tires were low. There was only 15 & 18 lbs of air pressure in the tires on one side, 42 & 57 on the other. Should have had 65#. It is over 90 degrees outside, I do not think that is something my husband should have had to do after paying to rent the trailer. Not everyone even has an air compressor! When we took it back the guy at the desk was a real JERK! Said tire pressure was not their responsibility? We feel the rental at a minimum, should've been prorated. Why are we paying to rent and having to service the equipment?
