We dropped off after hours so had no interaction with staff. I did’t want to say “no” to the helpful question so as not to penalize people for an interaction that didn’t happen
Jason MThis was one of the easiest rentals I’ve experienced. The staff was kind and helpful. The only recommendation I have would be not to have the trucks parked so close together…it was a little tight pulling out. I would definitely use this location in the future.

DOUGLAS BThe truck was not clean. There was grass and dirt in the back along with broken glass. I had to spend time cleaning before placing my items in the truck.

IMRAN COther than coming to our house, boxing up our stuff and loading it for us, I can't think of a thing. The folks who own and run the place are very personable, helpful and knowledgable. They could have pointed us to a chart that shows how to figure out what vehicle is best, but we were allowed to climb all through the vehicle options in the lot at our leisure (multiple times) and then talked with them for suggestions. They made the process easy from first inquiries to the return of the van. There was even a slight glitch in the cost of pads and Lucy worked everything out. Return after hours was easy with the app. I would highly recommend using them if you need hauling help.

Molly BWe arrived when the location was supposed to open at 10am. No one was there. After 10 minutes of waiting I called UHaul, unsure of what to do. Someone arrived a few minutes later. Since we had a lot to do and a long day ahead of us, I did not appreciate having a late start. I would probably use a different location to pick up next time.

I had to keep getting out of my vehicle to talk with the guy as he explained what I needed and then had to buy it from them instead of asking before I had the trailer hooked up. Total cost was over $230 for a trailer that was originally supposed to be $158

John DThe truck was a little dirty when i received. When I confirmed the return I mentioned that the truck was ready for another family, because that's the way that I received, it needs some cleaning before somebody else use it. Also I click return by mistake and I lost the progress so it needs to more pictures of the location and the picture of the dolly and the pads. I didn't use the second dolly and I was charged for that.
