I stopped one mile before the drop location to add gas to the “ between 1/4 and 3/8” full position. The destination agent asked me to take and give him a photo of the mileage and fuel levels. I did. He did not come to the truck to verify it. Today I got an invoice which included about $75.00 extra for fuel and fuel service. This is not accurate and I feel tipped off by Uhaul

I would have preferred to pick up my vehicle at the uhaul facility down the road, rather than a smoke shop. Then I had to go to the uhaul facility anyway as the smoke shop did not have the equipment I rented. I had to put extra miles on the vehicle and waste time, being late to meet my movers due to this inconvenience. That said, the gentleman at the smoke shop was polite & helpful.
