This location is out in the county away from downtown Starkville. The staff was not present having left earlier than the contract stated time of 5 PM. In all of this, our truck sat over the weekend and we were charged for two extra days. The staff was kind enough to vouch that we returned the truck on time and U-Haul corporate was able to refund the two days we were overcharged.
