I will be looking for a credit from U-Haul. We received the truck with the right side view mirror broken and it was dangerous taking right turns. Also the pick up location did not have the blankets as requested.
Give a more detailed description of the cost. Each charge should be itemized and listed on the receipt upon return. I am left feeling a little confused about my final cost. I hope this helps, Thank you for your service.

I was double charged......charged for a second day when I rented the truck for 12 hrs.......charged for two dollies when I only had one!!!!!!!!hell no next time I'll use budget rentals!!!!!!!!!!!

The truck was a piece of crap and I was scared that is was going to break down while I was driving it. The mirrors didn't stay in place where I couldn't make a safe line change without having to fix the mirror.
Yes, everything was very clean and ready to go. Yes, I would recommend this uhaul. Don't worry we all will be coming back.

Despite the small location, the service was very professional. Hassan and his sister run the place with responsibility and a good sense of customer service. Wish them luck and great growth in their endeavour.

I had a reservation confirmed and my truck was not there, I was sent to this to get a van instead of the truck that I reserved. UHAUL DO NOT OVERBOOK.

The extra charge of 25 dollars for a coffee cup and two towels in the truck is excessive. We didnt realize that was left in the car.
Beware!! Charged twice for a one-day rental. No dolly provided despite prepaying for it and having it included in the rental contract. I had to return during their business hours to pick it up. Owner said he would not charge me for the dolly, but still did. Truck was dented up, only 1/8 tank of gas, and would slip out of gear when driving. Now there is a random additional $85 charge from the same location days later.
This location was helpful, fast, and able to help me after the east orange location was not open on time due to poor management.
When the gentleman opened the back the truck had to be swept out. Other than that everything was good.

I ordered a dolly tool long with the van and provided all my ids and verification steps beforehand, however, when I arrived I had to deal with online verification and upload my driver's license a couple of more times. The online rep asked me to give him a copy of my driver licenses from previous states which I didn't have as I was on the street near the van and my online verification failed. So I had to wait when the office is open. Offline check-in was much quicker, which is really good. But the office representative told me he has no dolly. So I had to move to another location to pick one up, which took me some time. I don't understand why U-Haul allows the order for the items that location doesn't have. The return was quicker, but I had to drop the dolly on one location and the van on another. Because I was late of cource I had no time to fill up the gas and was charged extra for that. I really don't understand why you say 19.95 + milage and then charge that much. Thank you.
