I paid for dolly but they did not leave the dolly in my van, I had to go to another U-Haul to rent another dolly and was never refunded. I filled the gas in the van more than how I met the van but they still charged me 17 dollars for gas. They never pick up their calls. Worst U-Haul experience ever. They don’t deserve to be in business

HORACE TThe service was superb and excellent beyond any uhaul place I ever been too.
Rashoun TAs I told your company in a chat I shouldn’t have even been charged for a vehicle that was potentially dangerous to drive because the running board steel was poking into the tire. When I was at my delivery stop 45 miles away I had to borrow a sledge hammer to mo e the running board off the tire enough to return the van. If it is still in circulation that would be terrible.
