As I told your company in a chat I shouldn’t have even been charged for a vehicle that was potentially dangerous to drive because the running board steel was poking into the tire. When I was at my delivery stop 45 miles away I had to borrow a sledge hammer to mo e the running board off the tire enough to return the van. If it is still in circulation that would be terrible.

SHERIA WThe drop off location is too congested, there isnt enough space to park.
Romana Kdid not have utility dolly or pads that i had ordered online. so had to drive out of my way to get this for my trip and this caused me to go over mileage allowed and therefore ended up paying more!
