You park off the road in a parking lot. The store was closed when we returned the van, but we called the phone number on the door and they picked up and answered our questions. It was after hours and the owners did pick up the call and were very helpful, so it was a good experience overall. Thank you.

The man we picked up from was incredibly rude and short. pickup time was 10:30 am and he wasn’t back until 11. just on lunch i guess. it still put a huge damper on getting the truck.
