The place is an empty asphalt parking lot and there’s not a sign, building, person, or anything that designates this place as a drop off. I called the number twice and someone answered, but didn’t identify as a Uhaul representative. The parking lot is all broken up with chunks of asphalt and is not in the best part of town. Hours are 7-1pm, but site needs to designate drop off is anytime. The problem is, I didn’t see any cameras and to leave a trailer, it could very easily be “removed” from area. Drop off locations should be an actual business where there are employees to take in the equipment.
Kurt NI was not sure where the key return box was or the building that was part of the return lot. A sign or something to point you in the right direction would have been nice.
