I’m sure you have the recorded calls from U-Haul you should listen and the provide proper training. The situation we were put in was very stressful. We did not complete our move as a result! I don’t blame the attendant at the location we picked up the truck. I think whoever was responsible for training failed. I’ve never been so upset in my life as I was with this transaction. I also think whoever is calling customers from u haul should make sure the phone number identifies UHaul and not potential spam!
