I would like to personally thank UHaul for the wonderful service that they have. It is reasonable and utilizing the service of sharing my delivery for another customer really made me feel great. My Mother past away and It was tough. UHaul made me feel like I was able to help someone else by delivering their storage boxes to them. In all, it was a wonderful experience. Every employee involved was fantastic. I made it to my home with my mom's stuff from storage. That was a long trip, but never did I doubt my safety, nor my support through this experience. I schedule the return at my town, Sierra Vista for obvious reasons but some lady called stating there were full and unable to take my return, so they wanted me to drive over an hour to another city, ended up at a 35 minute drive, made me waste almost 2 hrs and the fuel to get there, terrible experience. I see 5 locations within 3-5 miles from my home, hard to believe none could take it.
JUAN CWe were their first delivery and the staff on site, as well as Mark (regional?) on the phone made it a very pleasant and convenient experience!!!
