Make sure Trailer has all connections, inside of trailer doesn’t have a smell to it. Waited over an hour to be able to take the trailer.

The facility I made the reservation with did not have the vehicle on site, they sent me to another location. The woman at the original location had no people/ communication skills. When I arrived to the second location, they did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate with them.
Landis LTook 45 minutes to receive the truck key because inability to send license photo from my cellphone to the U-haul link. Unable to communicate due to language differences. English was very limited. I won't do business there again.
Randy STrailer had some trash in it from the last customer. Not anything major. I returned it cleaner than I received it.

Mark VThe owners of the location told me to call a number that was not attached to Uhaul and I was forced to call uhaul support to get everything straightened out. Took 25 minutes to pick up the truck I rented for the day.

Oneil GI had a horrible experience. I was sent to 2 different locations to find the truck. Hand truck was missing. Dash didn't work. I had to walk to the back of a dark gass station to locate the keys. Then I was sent into the back of the store to locate blankets all while the store clerk was to busy helping everyone who walked in besides me. I will NEVER use this location (and possibly UHaul) again!!

Robert BCouldn’t understand the person’s speech. Would not look at paperwork, had us call a U-Haul representative and take pictures of gas gauge and mileage and send it to them. Received no proof we returned the truck.
THEODORE Y2nd time picking up here, there is no organization at all. 1st time attendant had to call someone to walk though the check in it took about 1/2 an hour or more. Asked me to text photos of the hookup. This time had me call multiple numbers on my personal cell to get the trailer. Then hounded me to send a picture of the hookup. I would avoid this location by any means
Matt WGreat experience… Check out and check in were a little slow considering I did it all in advance on the app… But, equipment was good and overall good rental. Much better than one I had previously at another U-Haul and the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 150 degrees outside and in the truck!!!
Mark VLocation was sketchy. After check in the woman inside was rude and wrote down a number for me to call to actually get the keys because she would not give them to me. Would not recommend this location.
Kimberly PVery odd experience to have to call a number after making a reservation online, confirming things online and unlocking the truck myself to get a key. The box of the truck was a little bit dirty with sand etc in the rear looking like it was not swept out by the prior person. Difficulty checking out when returning the vehicle, and disputed charge over the fuel level and gas charges

Norberto Vit’s a gas station and the person working the gas station has you call his cousin to do all the u-haul stuff. I had to wait for him to call me back at pick up and drop off and he did not speak enough english to answer the simple questions i had. Will not use this location again

Wendy MThe rental took place with a phone call at the site. The counter person had no involvement in the transaction. It took multiple calls before the “boss” answered the phone. I tried to call UHaul 1800 and they wanted to help me find another site that I could pick up the equipment instead of trying to complete the transaction that was already reserved. From other reviews, looks like this is a common complaint for this and the owners other sites.
Warren SThe clerk in the convenience store kept getting customers and could not come out to help me lift off the double axel trailer from the hitch. He ends up “telling”, not asking, one of his customers to help me remove the trailer. Very unprofessional. Not to mention what would happen if the guy had gotten injured as he was older. I am also not a fan of the self return system where nobody looks the vehicle over before it is officially returned.
Dave HEven though I reserved a trailer online, I had to provide the same information to someone over the phone. The cost was also higher than what I was quoted online.
Mark HThis was a total disaster. We needed 2 dolls which were not with the rental. The people at the quick stop 2 had no idea and clueless. I was being over charged for the gas which I have photos of. The time extention was easy to do however there was an accident so we arrive 50 mins late but they said 2 hours.
Contraveion BThis pick up location has NO ONE on site to help you. It is all done by calling someone, you have to call 3 times and leave messages for someone to call you back. When you are there to pick up when the time you state, someone should be there to do all the paperwork. If he doesn't want to work on a Sunday, then don't have Uhaul pick up on a Sunday. This took to long to get a trailer for pickup. WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!
