This location is a small gas station. The employees here don’t have authority to handle transactions; I was to.d to call another number and talk to someone else who called the employee back and told him to give me the keys. This is a joke. I attempted to rent from one location and return it to a different one out of state. The vehicle type changed several times, I had to pick up AND return at locations other than what I requested. I will not be doing business with U-Haul again. That’s sad because the prior experience I had (with the location I had chosen to return the vehicle) was excellent.
