This is a multi-use facility (gas, grocery, etc) where U-Haul is a very small side business - manager/owner/worker(?) was not present on site and only spoke via phone regarding pickup. It was obvious that English was not his birth language and it was very hard to understand what he was saying. It was up to me to find the trailer, verify condition and hook it up, so it was good that this was not my first time using one of these flatbed trailers. The way you can improve service for the next customer is to end the contract here and close the location.
Jameson RThe person who was taking my order was very unprofessional and had a very limited knowledge of their job. I had to continually repeat information that I knew was correct and had been uploaded several times and for approximately 15 minutes until the rep finally decided to get help and call me back. As if moving wasn't stressful enough I really didn't need him to add to it.

Bernadette MThis location is a small gas station. The employees here don’t have authority to handle transactions; I was to.d to call another number and talk to someone else who called the employee back and told him to give me the keys. This is a joke. I attempted to rent from one location and return it to a different one out of state. The vehicle type changed several times, I had to pick up AND return at locations other than what I requested. I will not be doing business with U-Haul again. That’s sad because the prior experience I had (with the location I had chosen to return the vehicle) was excellent.
