I liked the quick response and fast transaction on line. It made my pickup and drop off easy!
Mark TI was told from the Location,I rented the location to turn in the Truck and dolly in at was opened till 10pm... When I got to the,Turn In Location, was not opened and I could not find a drop Key Box!!! I had to search until I could find a location to turn in the Truck in, it was in another,Town... VERY UNHAPPY!!!

VALENTINE EA horrible experience. The owner of this establishment is completely unfit for the job. I had to wait almost an hour to get my key back because, according to the incompetent owner, he had no control over key distribution. He gave me a number to call for another equally incompetent person, but the person I called offered no answers or solutions and told me to call U-Haul. Why does U-Haul have contracts with establishments like this? There were other people just as upset as I was. Honestly, it was incredibly disrespectful. I would never, ever return to that dump.
