This Location is by far the best experience I ever had. The guy is so cool and accommodating to my request. He even suggest the best way possible for me to do my rental. If you need quick and easy U-Haul rental, this is the place to be.
Ghian CThe customer service provided by the attendants was mixed. When I picked up the equipment, the lady who attended to me was ok. However, when returning the equipment, the gentleman who received the equipment was very rude. He claimed that I have returned the equipment later than the booked time. I told him that I had unplanned incidents and that I was ready to pay any incidental cost associated with the trip. He was rude and I find that offensive, since I would eventually have to pay for whatever bill he gave me.
