They didn’t have the truck size we booked and that cost me to rent another truck and pay about $200 for mileage. Staff was unhelpful. Gas was very low we bought it more than it was. I will never do again

Mary CEnsure the vehicle is clean. I reserved an appliance dolly which was absolutely needed, and 6 furniture covers. we drove two hours on a Sunday to move my mother in laws house as she passed away. I called to confirm this would be ready and available a few days before we went. I get there and was told it is not available. There was no other place to rent from as they are closed on Sundays. Now I have to rent another truck and a dolly from somewhere else and make another trip in which I have to take time off work again to make this work. Had I been told when I called to confirm that the chances of having the dolly were low I would’ve been able to rent one from another place before we drove to PA. As well it should be included in booking that there is a deposit required.
KORALEY ACharging me for 0.1 Mile overage ( 11 cents ) was a pain in the ass and would have cost You more in time then you got for hitting me for it. GG

SHERRY RThe drop off site is a convenience store. When I got there to return the truck and brought in the keys, the attendant had no idea what to do. She took the paper I received in Kenora and she took the keys. She said she would call her manager but didn’t think I needed to sign anything.

She didn't do a walk around with me to check if the unit was returned in the same condition as received. She didn't even check if i returned it with the fuel level as outlined in my contact. She told me another person would be there in an hour and a half...I had no intentions of waiting that long. But it was easy access to park the unit

My grandmother passed away and I requested them to so I can drop my vehicle in one of the locations in Calgary. Customer service rep she was rude and she said you will be double charged to put it here in Calgary. It was the situation so I requested otherwise. She make me back to drop u haul in Prince Albert and .
