Foul odor in store!!! Reserved a 20 foot van with dolly and moving blankets. At pickup was told only a 15 foot was available and dolly, moving blankets were also not available.

ADEDAYO AThis location was good. We were not very happy with U Haul that we didn't get our truck on time. We had it booked a month prior to pick up at 3 p.m and didn't receive truck to 6:30 p.m. as customer didn't return it on time. We feel this wasn't our problem and we lost time and money due to the truck being late. We had 3 loaders waiting to load the truck, and we had to postpone till the next morning. We ended up paying the loaders a stand by fee of $50.00 each. We feel that since you charged the customer for the 3 hours he was late, you should reimburse us.
