Staff were not fully trained in the booking process, for pick up and drop off. One staff only doing bookings and helping other customers in the store. It was a very long process for both pick up and drop off. Plus they tried to charge me for two days on a one day rental and we were not o er the 24 hr period. UHaul needs to make the process way easier!
