This entire experience was miserable. From the initial reservation to the pickup was awful. First i made an online reservation for one location that said it had a particular sized truck available, only to receive a phone call an hour later saying that location actually does not have it, but they did find another location nearby that did. Ok so no big deal. Then the day before my scheduled pickup i start getting text messages about my reservation, but something didn't seem right as it stated a pickup time of the day before at a very random time, which had already come to pass. I figured I better call and see what's up. SO, I call them, and they ask me if I was just in their store, which I replied no. turns out somebody with the same last name was there, and it was all downhill from there. I got charged for their reservation on my credit card, so I had to call them back and get that reversed etc. ok honest mistake right, no big deal. When I finally arrived at the location to pick up the truck, U-Haul was having "Computer Issues" took me almost 2 hours for them to get it figured out and on my way. So overall just an all-around miserable experience.

Jack WThe trailer had debris in it. The attendant was trying to run the gas station alone. The trailer was buried and difficult to gain access. It took a long time to finish the checkout process because all the information that was in the system didn't transfer to the attendants computer.

FRANCISCO SI ordered a 20’ truck on April 30 2025, that evening I was called by a representative and my truck was changed to a 26’ truck. When I arrived to location there was neither a 20’ or 26’ truck available. The employees were late to open which delayed me also. I ended up having to get a 15’ truck and make do which put me behind schedule for myself and my customer I was servicing. I do not personally blame the location but customer service for setting me up with a truck that was not available.

Sean CI am basing this on the first location we were sent to, the rudness of the man on the phone and not even at the location wasn't acceptable. He threatened to cancel the moving truck all together because he didn't have the courtesy to call and say, we don't have it, go to a different location. The gentleman at the new location was awesome and helpful. However, I will not ever use u-haul again because it was so unorganized and I had to run all over to get a truck while paying people to move me. I call bs on the way I was treated and will definitely never recommend dealing with Uhaul. Very unhappy customer here.
MARY WGreat first experience. The owner of the gas station Josh helped me and even let me use his own hand truck because Uline didn’t have it ready for me so he let me use his store one.
