I mentioned to the guy at the receiving location that the chain on the driver side snapped from its hook. Both are available on the dolly. The Chain Will need to be fixed onto the hook

dennis wThe lights on the auto transport did not work and the roadside assistance could not fix it. I had to purchase wireless tail lights for $80 so I could use this trailer because there were no others available in the area. Although they had another auto transport was in the lot I was told that was not available for one way. Pretty crappy customer service! And no discount offered for the inconvenience!!!
