How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe reservation was for 9am. The return from previous customer was late getting in. We had a long day loading, driving a couple of hours, unloading, and driving back for a load the next morning. Losing 3 hours mad it a really late night. Other than that everything was great
stephen dThey did their job well.
LINDA DI mentioned to the guy at the receiving location that the chain on the driver side snapped from its hook. Both are available on the dolly. The Chain Will need to be fixed onto the hook
Zach AThe staff were very helpful and eager to answer questions. Will definitely use again.
