The problem with our rental was not the location it was uhaul policy. You expect the customer to drive to the equipment rather than stage trucks for the customer. Uhaul changed our pick up location after we made our reservation. We had to drive more than an hour to pick up our truck. We had movers scheduled and uhau's recommendation was that we make the movers come at a different time. So we were inconvenienced and the movers had to adjust there people. The only ones not making adjustments was Uhaul. From now on we will use another service!

Paul KThe truck itself is in a miserable condition. It drives like all four tires are square and the engine block is loose, I have rented quite a few U-Haul trucks hands-down I would not want to have to take this one outside the county line little alone any place across the country. The truck needs to be pulled off the road.
