I was charged a wrongful drop off. I moved from Clinton Mo to Warrensburg Mo. I picked the Uhaul up in Clinton. I was told to drop off at nearest location to me in Warrensburg. I only had the truck for 4 hrs. You all charged me almost $500 extra, which is about all the money I had

Faster registration and return vehicle process.. Staff was not trained to follow through process … leading to late start and completing check out. Confusion about fees leading to nearly over payment of extreme amount… Staff seemed to be under-trained and unable to resolve problems….

So I paid for the insurance so if there was any issues, then there was a five dollar fee if I was to break down or get a flat tire if I didn’t pay for that five dollar fee I was reliable for anything that happened to the vehicle if it got a flat or breaks down I don’t feel that that is my option my pay at all I think that’s stupid. I paid for the rental truck. I paid for the mileage. I paid for Insurance then I paid another five dollars for this fee. I think it was absolute bullshit and I will look other options before ever coming back to U-Haul. I still never received a email after I returned the vehicle and told me a price or anything so I have no idea what I actually paid not happy at all. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I will look into another company.

Not prepared. Didn’t have all equipment. Forced to go to another location to get remaining equipment (I got charged the mileage ) then charged me for two gallons of fuel. I got fuel next door and checked level twice while filling. Total BS.
