The real problem was that I was not able to pick up my truck at my first pick-up location, because the app was claiming I was in the wrong start. I ended up trying to contact help with the online chat feature, and after writing "hello, how can I help you" I never got another reply. Then I held for half an hour on the phone and they ended up having to cancel my reservation since the app wouldn't allow me to pick it up. It made me late for the event that I needed the Uhaul for. But this second location was fine, in that it was available and the people were kind.
