They claimed to not have my reservation, but had called to confirm I was coming and had a truck ready. The person was not friendly. They increased the cost of the truck. They did not have the furniture blankets I ordered. I will file a complaint.
RONALD MMake sure the trailer is fully hooked the guy working hooked it up but when I got to my house to load the car up the trailer flew off my trailer hitch cause the piece to hold it to the hitch was not pushed down and fully attached luckily no damage to either vehicles or trailer but in the future they just need to double check what they are doing

DONNA HIt was generally fine, but there was a persistent "farm odor" inside although it was clean inside. Thankfully this was NOT covered up with a fragrant addition of spray or hanging thing which would have prohibited us from using it, as I am very sensitive to fragrances and could NOT have used it at all! The manager was helpful.

Christine CThe truck we had smelled like cigarette smoke! Everything other than that was great! I’m not sure if you have rules about smoking in the vehicle but I didn’t want the company to think we are the customers that did it! The smell is very strong.
