This is the best UHaul experience I've ever had, and our family has had quite a few over the last 15 years. The customer service at this location is fantastic. One example is that this is the first truck we've ever rented where they included a lock on the back of the truck for us in case we wanted to lock up our belongings. This was incredibly helpful since we decided to load the truck but not drop off half of our items until the following morning. It was an absolute pleasure renting from this location. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you Quick Way Pat for making our move much easier!

Do not agree with after 20.00 after hours fee account i do not agree with having an app to check in and out with. 20.00 for what? To park a truck that most likely if during regular business hours would just be looked over and parked for next rent. Specifically with it being a local rental with minimal miles in the town I reside in.
jeff gTruck was dirty and had mechanical problems. Had to jumpstart twice. Engine check engine light on entire time. Delayed my move several hours.
