The cargo van was so easy to drive—new model, great back up camera, nice cab, comfortable seats, etc. Would definitely rent again!

There was no cruise control, and the air conditioner couldn't keep ip. I also thought I had scheduled a one way trip to learn that it wasnt. They could not help me get it switch so the cost of the truck doubled. From a little over $300 to $600 when i had to return it back to the site i got it from. I will not be using Uhaul for business or personal use again. I will schedule else where regardless of the price difference. The experience was simply just terrible on the customer service end in the unwillingness to help fix the problem to save the customer.
Michael SMy only gripe is that I reserved a furniture dolly and hand truck and neither were available at this location at pickup.
