The broken cargo door opened and dumped my flat screen tvs onto the highway. And the repwest insures people dont do thier job.

BRIAN CUhaul rep at store added $15 to my rental and stated it was mandatory I pay for the uhaul insurance. After my move was completed, I received my email receipt stating it was optional not mandatory. I called Uhaul customer support and was told someone would give me a return call. It’s been 8 days and I haven’t heard anything from Uhaul. I’ve rented 5 times from Uhaul in the last year and never had issues. I will use another rental company from now on that doesn’t scam my money, nor return calls after stating they will.
TERI MThe agent was very helpful and informative. The truck on the other hand was not very clean. Also, the trouble light for the tire monitor was on the entire time of rental.
Fred KStop using small businesses to rent out your trucks. Ensure trucks that are rented out return on time. Inform your customers if any issues like this are going to happen. I called U-Haul at 9 am to ensure everything was in order and got to the location I had initially rented at and then learned the person who rented it didn’t return the truck on time etc.
Megan CPoor location, poor quality vehicle and terrible reservation experience and overcharged without proper communication. Will probably never use U-Haul again even though it's always been my go to.
Amber TI filled out everything online beforehand to save time and then set up to go inside to get the keys for check-in. I still had to go through everything I went through online again with the person at the register. Then they gave me the keys and I had to go out and inspect the vehicle, upload pictures of everything (after being forced to download the Uhaul app), and spend fifteen minutes there before I was able to leave. They didn't even tell me where to find my truck. I had to go searching for it and it parked less than a foot from another truck, so I had to enter through the passenger side.

MARTHENISE JThe woman at Quick Stop was great - only person there and handling rentals and the cash register for other customers, but she was efficient and pleasant and kept things moving. Great experience for me as I was using the truck for a short distance only. I wouldn’t have been comfortable taking this truck for a longer distance. The drivers seat was stuck in a position that was further back and couldn’t be adjusted. The tire monitoring warning was lit the entire time. But I’ll definitely use this location again. :)
Kayla WThis company is a liar.. not only did they lie about my vehicle being ridiculously dirty and charged me a cleaning fee.. but they also charged me 300+$ for a tail light that only costs 100+$.(Like I can't look it up myself).. then they charged me $500 for a dent ... And I had "safemove" which is the insurance they offer, so I'm completely lost about why I even received a bill in the 1st place! Ridiculous. Now I'm left to sort it all out on my own smh
ARDAL EThe back door stuck and was difficult to open for a strong person. There was an electrical issue where the truck would beep as if something was left on and the light would randomly turn on and off outside and in the back when the keys weren’t in it.

Whitney AI had indicated on the online reservation that I did not want the "insurance" but was still billed for it. I wasn't sent the final receipt until long after I had dropped off the truck so I was unable to correct the matter.
