The Uhaul app does not work well and by the time I figured out where the key pick up was the code to access the key disappeared from my phone and I wasn't able to find it again. I reached out to the chat and the 1-800 number and was told there was an hour long wait for help. In addition the convenience store that did the Uhaul didn't open until 9am so there was nobody to help me at 8am when we wanted to pick up the truck. We had to wait an hour for assistance. I was not impressed with the experience at all.
