I paid for a furniture dolly that I never received because they didn't have it at this location due to it being a mobile check in location. I waited an estimate of 45 minutes just to never receive a furniture dolly and still pay for it. Not at all the best experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this location.Eiesha P.

Reserved equipment and when we arrived it wasn't there. The rep said to call Uhaul 800 number, when I did was told by them to let them know when it dropped the equipment back off. When I did the woman said, "there wasn't anyone there for Uhaul at that time i would have to check in online". She was absolutely NO HELP. I use Uhaul often and won't use this location ever again.Allen H.
There was only one girl working so we had to move other trucks ourselves in order to get to our truck. I reserved a dolly and furniture mats and they didn't have either. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.Mackenzee M.

Was charged for fuel at drop off. When I have sent pictures of proof of the milage an I filled to full. Still have not received a refund I dont know what happened on the online drop off. I have all the proof I need that shows I've was charged for nothing. I do alot of business through uhaul an this is unacceptable. I was at this location for 2 + hours. I performed the online check-in, and after standing in line at this store that was very dirty I was told and I quote " you did not have to stand in this line" you can just go get the trailer. I asked the attendant if I needed to sign anything or if she needed the trailer number and she said no! When attempting to return it the order was cancelled and it took two days and two representatives to assist me. I had to do all the calling, no one called me back from the Savanah dispatch location and if I have to rent again I would not. This was the worst experience everCarla S.

Owner just RUDE! I arrive at the time of my reservation & she told me she didn't have the truck & continue to do whatever she was doing. As I was about to leave, I spotted a woman putting gas in a 10 foot & ask if she was returning. The owner argued with the woman about gas & the truck being stolen in my presence. The truck was filthy and completely out of gas. The place I picked it up had employees vehicles blocking where I needed to pick it up and drop it off. I was not able to back up to the trailer or back it into its spot. I had to unhook and lift it and this was a larger trailer. If I had not been a big guy I would not have been able to access or return the trailer in its spot. The return staff did not inform me of the online process to return and just wrote a note on my papers from pickup and it seems like I would have been charged an extra fee if I had listened to them. Uhaul equipment was fine, but I dont recomend the location.Blake B.

Have employees that are professional and trained properly. The employee acted as if we were and inconvenience because her shift was about to end and she was cursing loudly in the store with children around. I was over charged by $16 also. I waa charged for $20 for just using my credit card which no one ever told me that bc I could have used a different payment method. The store clerk was not very helpful. She did not want to walk out with me ans check equipment but am thankful I followed my instincts because the back was full of blankets and other equipment. She just took payment and shoved the keys in my hand. This was a first for a Uhaul store. I have always had positive experiences and been fully explained what charges would be charged. I got redirected here by U-Haul traffic. I read the reviews and they were bad, I figured nothing can be that bad. Guy at the counter was not fimiular with software. I spent one hour trying to get the truck, cashier had to help each person in the store when they came in while putting me on hold. Millage was not correct and one duel tire had a big slash in it. They would not answer the phone. If this is not what you want you might look elsewhere.Roger O.

Training for the clerk behind the counter, all of them. They were not up to speed on the web-based rental process I used. This should have been easy, however I waited for hour while they tried to figure it out. Their equipment room was a mess and sent me in to get the dolly and furniture pads that were strewn about. They were so busy with their convenience store that the u-haul rental seemed burdensome to them and several other customers were helped before me. This location isn't staffed by UHaul people; a gas station cashier who knows absolutely nothing about trailers nor how to operate your computer terminal to sign out trailers, took almost 30min to get me my trailer because she was the only person working the counter. She never came outside when I hooked up the trailer, and I could have taken any trailer I wanted, or would have struggled had I not known how to hook up a trailer.Paul G.

Drop off was convenient to my home but since it is a gas station / convenience store, the attendant on duty wasn't all that happy about having to complete our return. This location is pickup/drop off location only. They helped as much as possible but kept getting the run around from uhaul. Had an emergency need for a car dolly so I googled locations near me(was out of town). Found this location was open until 8est. So I called she told me to call the 1 800 number. When called the first time the lady could not find this location un uhauls system at all. Went to location called 1-800 # again got a shady sounding guy that wasnt really helpful and didnt listen to what was telling him but he proceeded to take my info for reservation then tell me I would get a email with confirmation #. After waiting 10mins for the email my wife called the 800 # a third time and got someone else that was helpful and able send reservation # to us and the location. Took whyyyyy longer than it should have to accomplish renting a car dolly.BRANDON M.
Clerk didn't have a clue about the procedures and he didn't know to look in the truck or the drop box for the truck key. I used the truck share 24/7 option for the first time yesterday. The actual service its self was great, but I would change locations as though the individuals who work for Quick Stop will disregard you . I waited over a hour and a half after my reservation untill they called a uhaul rep to pull the key that was right behind their counter. Since this is primarily a gas station, that is where the customer focus and employee training is. Regretfully this led to somewhat of a glitch and a mischarge a month after turn in. What made up for this was the extremely helpful service received to clear this up while calling from Qatar where I had since deployed to. That and the U-Haul 1-800 customer service team cleared up the mischarge in less than a week. Fantastic.Martien H.
Horrific customer service. Pick up was at a convenience store who only had one attendant so I had to wait until there were no customers to buy gas, beer, cigs, etc. The attendant had never signed out a Uhaul. After one hour I finally got the keys. I was not escorted to truck or oriented to how it worked. The truck smelled bad inside of sweat and cigarettes. The AC worked half the time.Frank G.

Made my reservation online. Upon arrival to pick up the trailer, I was instructed to call a phone number by an angry convenience store clerk. No one answered after 4 attempts on my phone. She successfully called the number and I was asked a few questions.. drivers license number etc. That was it. The person on the phone said that was all the info he needed. I had to maneuver my truck between a Uhaul truck to get to the trailer. The trailer was wedged up against 2 curbs on a downhill slope. Took me about 30 minutes to line up on the trailer so it could be lifted onto the hitch since the trailer could not be moved left or right. Experience in hitching a trailer wasn't an issue since I own a 30 foot, 8,500 lb. travel trailer. Typically... I haul offers some assistance at pickup. Customer service was non-existent at the Savannah location. Also... I had to clean out the trailer before loading it. The previous user left all sorts of crap inside the trailer! U-haul dispatchers need to have better communication with U-haul rental locations. The dispatcher I spoke to was very helpful and friendly but trying to rent a truck was way more of a hassle than it should have been. Equipment was dirty and not secure. This location should probably not have U-haul service. There was only one attendant at a busy fuel and convenience store and she had zero U-haul experience. Although the attendant was very capable, she could not leave the register and had to get instructions by phone to process the pick up. She got a stock-boy, who also had zero U-haul experience, to help me hook up. I had pre-checked in online, but still took almost an hour to get processed. Both employees did exceptionally well considering they had no previous instructions on processing U-haul orders.JAMES H.

I just received my receipt 15 days after I rented a tow dolly only to find I was charged 2 days rental and insurance when I had the tow dolly for about 11 hours. I have recently started having trouble with uhaul like this. I rented a trailer from Maine to Georgia in September 2018 and was charged an extra week which was never refunded to me either.Joel C.

After choosing this location, I expected a discount or no charge for this rental. I was told that I would get a discounted rate, but my card was debited the full rate. I showed up to this location expecting to get a rental and the worker had no idea how to process the rental. I was in desperate need for the rental because I had already hired movers and they were expecting to be paid truck or not. Therefore, I waited around for almost an hour until someone showed up who knew how to process the rental. When I returned the rental the next day, I had the same issue. The worker did not know how to process the rental to take my payment. However, it was processed the next day at the full rate. I would like to get my money refunded. Thanks, Stacy Cooperstacy C.

Reserved a 5x8 trailer and was issued a 4x8. I did not realize this until the bed did not fit and had to return the trailer. They were nice and let me use a 6x12 trailer to make up for it but it cost me 2 hours of my day traveling between the location and my residence.John R.
Have more furniture pads available for customers to purchase. Also, have more staff on hand to assist customers. Clerk was having to stop multiple times to complete sales for customers on register and then complete Uhaul sale for customer.
