They did not know the system, and had to call someone and video chat their screen in order to get help. Instead of using the reservation that I had created a few days before, they created a new one, which had several mistakes, including not signing me up for insurance, which I had requested twice. None of them helped me with the car dolly itself. They did not inspect it with me, and did not help me connect it. They were useless.
