Reserved dolly but this location didn't have it so I had to drive to pick up dolly at another location...paid extra $40 to pick up and drop off for mileage...u haul doesn't care!!! Disappointed!!!!!!!

Great customer service
Kathy FInside of the truck was dirty. I picked up on a Sunday and I understand this location was closed, but it was clear this was not just from one previous user. The truck worked though and we got moved, so it worked out.
