I ordered a dolly and blankets but then my location got changed without adding what I needed. No one offered to accommodate me. I paid almost $200 without any compensation.

I want to say the lady I called does not work for Uhaul, she does work for the storage company and she is absolutely WONDERFUL!! She helped through every step of the process to make sure I got the truck. She is amazing at her job and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help! Thank you R Rentals LLC
Tina CThe U-Haul share experience was horrible. I will never recommend it to anyone
Pedro ATook an 1 1/2 hours to get to the truck and head out for our day. No code to get in gate. No clear directions to get key code for truck, the app took forever because it would ask the same things over and over. Wanted the truck for 12 hours, 0930-2130. Actual time 1100 to 1930 and pretty sure I was charged more for mileage because of the pic upload of the miles on the truck to the app. Anyway, won’t go back.
