Location did not have the key ready in the designated lock box.
John BThis was the worst U-Haul experience I’ve had. My reservation was changed at the last minute without my knowledge, and I had to pick up from a location much farther away. I was told I would not be charged for the additional mileage, but I was charged on my final bill. The truck was also leaking oil. I took pictures and video, reported it, and was told to drive it back to the location. I did so and returned the truck as instructed. I’m requesting that U-Haul review this situation and refund the extra mileage charges, as well as address the issue with the unsafe vehicle and poor communication.
