The gentleman helping us was friendly and explained everything. He assisted us to make sure the supplies we ordered were in the truck and if we had any questions on the operation of truck. He was awesome! Showroom where we picked up was spotless.

Jason was fantastic! I am glad there is a U-Haul closer to Oberlin other than the ones in Elyria. It would be helpful to have a U- Haul rental center in Oberlin, OH
