The App was not very user friendly, the lockbox where the keys were kept was difficult to open because it's in disrepair. We called customer service for assistance with opening it and we were told it would be an hour wait. After 20 minutes my husband got the lockbox to open. The truck had mud on the seat and debris in the back, and I got charged a $25 cleaning fee for some reason, when we had to clean the truck to use it. There was no dolly to use. The app charged me $12 for gas even though we filled it to the half of a tank that it was at when we picked it up. I will not be renting from here in the future and I would drive farther to speak with an actual person instead of using the app from now on.

I drop the truck off after hours so there were no people there to help me. But your survey does not have an N/a option. Not related to the location, but your outdated system for returning would not allow me to upload my pictures of the truck. I had already deposited the keys and could not take the pictures and video in real time that the app wanted me to.

Catherine KInsure they know where the U-Haul key drop is because I had to park further down the parking lot and the first key drop I seen walking back was the garage one, dropped the key and continued walking toward the street and then seen the ‘U-Haul key drop box’. Not a big deal but kinda makes you feel bad, thank you.
