No one was at the site when I arrived. I called the local number written on a piece of paper on the locked door and the lady who answered advised she had her son on her chest and her husband was busy mowing that she would just have to dispatch me by phone. It took about 30 minutes or more and I was on the phone with her the entire time. I had to drive down a rough area to a side road, proceed to get out of the truck and move a concrete cinder block to access the area where the equipment was. I had to lift and hookup the dolly myself (54 year old woman here) and then drive back out and place the cinder block back where it was, drive to the top of the hill to park so I could get enough service to access the links she was sending me to take pics and upload directly for her of the hooked up equipment. I would not recommend this facility to anyone ever. If they can’t be onsite to do their jobs, or get to the site when called they should not be running this business.

The windows on the truck were disgustingly dirty, no one was at the location to pick up. I had to call in an area that had bad cell service to call someone to do everything by phone. Very inconvenient! Had I had other options I would have used a different company. I was told the truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas when it only had a little over a 1/2 a tank of gas! Are you trying to rip people off by doing this?
