The truck was filthy and smelled badly! The person who met me initially lacked basic knowledge of the Uhaul business and had a terrible stutter. I don't fault him for that but he didn't know what he was doing and presented a poor face for the business. That businesses primary service was selling and installing truck accessories. They should stick to that.
