Of all of the parts of my move, U-Haul was the only part that was not stressful. Thank you to each and everyone of the associates who helped me, and the vendors who assisted in getting me in and out of the truck. Five stars
Maggi BThe company switched locations & pickup time with little advanced notification. Time was a factor for this move and we were very unconvinced.
Cleo PExcellent customer service,I would rent from this Uhaul again
Johnie HThese guys were great! Helpful and friendly. They made drop off a stress free experience.
Amanda SSeamless pickup and drop
Greg TThe truck was filthy and smelled badly! The person who met me initially lacked basic knowledge of the Uhaul business and had a terrible stutter. I don't fault him for that but he didn't know what he was doing and presented a poor face for the business. That businesses primary service was selling and installing truck accessories. They should stick to that.
Douglas BNo one was onsite when dropping the trailer off.
Richard KKeaton was super nice and easy to work with! RWT is where I’d drop off at in the future without a doubt. Super easy.
