1. Trailer was not clean. My wife had to get a broom from renter to clean it. They apologized on the return and said a staff member did not clean them. 2. Even though my reservation did not include insurance, the employee added a $16 policy for two days. I didn't catch it since I had changed my days from 1 to 2 day rental. Very shady!! The trailer was great. The on-line reservation process was great. I just wouldn't recommend Rachael's Other Store. I had requested another place but got switched due to availability.

There was a mixup from uHaul regarding the instructions for drop off. The drop off location fixed the situation.

U-Haul customer service is horrible. I have called the number listed and spoke a man in Georgia with no affiliate with this location.. I emailed asking for someone to call me, and still no contact.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had with a uhaul location. Personnel was late which put me further behind on my move and cost me extra money on movers I hired as I’m a disabled veteran and can’t do much lifting. The truck cab was disgusting and even had the very strong odor of cat urine which my wife and I are both extremely allergic to and the cab was never cleaned out. Not to mention the truck she gave us had a ABS light on and she told me it was fine to just drive it, mind you my drive was a 6 hour drive away so nothing likethis uhaul rep putting my wife and I’s life’s at risk. Truck was full of dirt and leaves in the back. She “swept” out the back and said it wasn’t a big deal…. Highly recommend uhaul takes a look at there non uhaul sites and does something to fix issues like this because this type of care and customer service is the fastest way to ruin a business reputation and name

Don't try to fix what is not broken. This is a small local store. They had what I wanted and everything was fine. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Was not available and I had to wait for them to get it there. I had to lift the trailer myself - the woman there hooked up the lights, the chains, and acted like she tightened down the ball connection… BUT it was not! I pulled over right after leaving due to the noise - and found it was just sitting on the ball and not anywhere close to tight. Guess the pic she took didn’t show how it was really connected

My entire experience was horrible, would not recommend U-Haul in general to anyone after this. I have spoken with costumer service no less that 5 times now after my recent visit and still have not gotten issues resolved. They also charged me extra after switching my drop off location without telling me and now have insisted that was the drop off location all along... I have copies of my paperwork and this is clearly not the case. It has been a nightmare with all the ice and snow everywhere. I have used U-Haul in the past and never had issues; however, with the blatant price increase, drop off location switches, rudeness of employees, and general lack of care of costumer service I cannot in good faith recommend U-Haul to anyone moving forward.

The woman in charge was very nice, polite and helpful. However, it was difficult to find out if we were to just drop and leave. We were not very clear with drop off instructions. When I did get ahold of her, she said we did everything right. Just to drop and leave. She had all of our return information.

I only put 6 miles on truck. I put $7.00 in just to be sure, but feel that was too much for such a short distance. That said, Glenna A. helped me with my reservation, and getting the truck. She was very courteous and helpful. Her customer service attitude would be enough alone for me to use Uhaul at that location again.
