Gary RPickup location was not well equipped with blankets and was shorted on the count and number available despite U-Haul having sent the rental in advance. There was a mixup with picking up a vehicle transport but not the fault of this location. The parking area was under water which was a minor inconvenience having to get it to dry ground to load the blankets. The ladies seemed new at the rental but super nice. Most of the rental issues were on U-Haul and the lack of having the vehicle transport at one location for a one stop pickup. Had to travel to a second location to have the prearranged rental in one location
